Sometimes you see " recording is unavailable" but often that just means that it isn’t available YET; if you check again in a couple of days it will hopefully be there.
Your other question - if you cancel your subscription, will you lose access to recordings. I asked this same question a while ago, and was told that if you cancel, you can no longer access your recordings.
