We’re delighted to introduce the second iteration of our group class Prenatal Yoga for a Healthy & Happy Pregnancy 🤍 This class will be led by Rachna, a yoga teacher with 5+ years of experience supporting prenatal students through their pregnancy and postpartum wellness journeys. About Rachna: Before beginning her journey as a yoga teacher, Rachna worked in marketing and content creation with companies like HP and Google. She later transitioned into yoga, following her passion for holistic wellness and women’s health. Over the years, she has guided several students with a compassionate and mindful approach throughout pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Hello Everyone, Meet Manvi Manvi is a qualified yoga instructor with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Yogic Science from the University of Patanjali, along with a 100-hour Aerial Yoga Teacher Training certification. With over 11 years of personal practice and 4 years of teaching experience, she has guided 500+ individuals in managing conditions such as back pain, cervical issues, diabetes, PCOD, thyroid imbalances, obesity, knee pain, and hypertension. She specializes in traditional yoga flow, alignment-based practices, flexibility and strength training, and weight management programs.
