We’re delighted to introduce the second iteration of our group class Prenatal Yoga for a Healthy & Happy Pregnancy 🤍
This class will be led by Rachna, a yoga teacher with 5+ years of experience supporting prenatal students through their pregnancy and postpartum wellness journeys.
About Rachna:
Before beginning her journey as a yoga teacher, Rachna worked in marketing and content creation with companies like HP and Google. She later transitioned into yoga, following her passion for holistic wellness and women’s health. Over the years, she has guided several students with a compassionate and mindful approach throughout pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
What the sessions will include:
Gentle prenatal yoga movements
Breathwork and relaxation techniques
Practices to support physical and emotional well-being during pregnancy
A calm, supportive, and nurturing environment for expecting mothers
The goal of this class is to help mothers experience a healthier, calmer, and more joyful pregnancy journey
